Allow organizations to add a blog page to their app. The blog posts will be pulled either from WordPress (via the WP integration) or an RSS feed.
There will be an option to send a notification when there is a new blog post (internal ref: e1#6).

The RSS blog integration is now complete!
The first version of this integration has a few limitations:
- You can currently only customize the menu for individual events, so you will have to add your feed to each event's menu
- At the moment, you can add the menu item in your app settings with existing RSS feeds, but you can't connect a new RSS feed integration. To add or change an RSS feed, you will have to ask me.
These limitations will go away soon.

This will be simplified a bit. Instead of platform specific integrations, we will integrate with RSS feeds only. Since that is what RSS is built for.
